"बोधिपुरुष न तो संघ गढ़ते हैं और न ही संप्रदायों की परिधि रचते हैं"
Deepak Lohumi was born in the hills of Kumaon, where the Himalayan silence first taught him to listen before he learned to speak.
He is a full time writer and a part time consultant with a background in Product Management and Learning Technology, and a strong passion for the arts. After leading teams and managing complex programs, he now writes full-time, inspired by Indian history, philosophy, and his travels.
His writing sits at the intersection of Indic philosophy, religion, and the everyday life of ordinary people.
Deepak brings his experiences in theatre, storytelling, poetry and photography into his writing. He explores both ancient heritage and modern life, always looking at the world through a philosophical lens and a deep curiosity about people’s stories.
He is currently working on a short film screenplay and a new fictional novel set against the backdrop of recent events in Delhi, the United Kingdom, and Uttarakhand.
